1.DEPOSIT
1.1. A non-refundable deposit of $30.00 is charged to the supplied credit card at the time of your booking if the booking is made four (4) or more days prior to your arrival date.
1.2. Bookings made three (3) or less days before your arrival date will require the full amount of your accommodation to be charged to your supplied credit card at the time of your booking.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1. Cancellations for bookings are required four (4) days prior to your arrival date.
2.2. Cancellations made four (4) or more days prior to your arrival date will cause your deposit to be used as a cancellation fee.
2.3. Cancellations made three (3) or less days prior to your arrival will require the first night's accommodation to be charged as your cancellation fee.
3. FEES AND CHARGES
3.1. All prices shown on this website and our online bookings portal unless otherwise stated are for accommodation only and are inclusive of GST.
3.2. Accommodation prices do not include extra charges including meals, telephone calls, fax charges, photocopying, transfers or any other ancillary charges.
3.3. All ancillary charges are to be paid at the time of your checkout by means of cash, credit/debit card (EFTPOS, VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD, AMEX, DINERS or, MOTORPASS accepted) or by Invoiced Account.
3.4. Any ancillary charges left unpaid after checkout will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of booking.
4. PERSONAL PRIVACY
4.1. Personal details are required by law to be collected at the time of bookings.
4.2. Kerang Valley Resort does not share personal details with any third party without your consent unless required by law.
4.3. Personal details supplied via our RMSOnline bookings portal are collected by RMS (Aust) Pty. Ltd. and are transferred securely to our bookings system.
5. DEFINITIONS
5.1. The terms 'you' and 'your' refer to you, the user. The person(s) who view and make use of the Kerang Valley Resort website and the RMSOnline bookings portal for the intent of viewing room availability and/or booking rooms for sleeping.
5.2. The terms 'we', 'our' and 'Kerang Valley Resort' refer to The company Ding Resort Pty. Ltd. Trading as Kerang Valley Resort, its employees and agents.
5.3. The term 'RMSOnline' and 'booking portal' refers to the software used to create bookings. This software is operated, serviced and maintained by RMS (Aust) Pty. Ltd.
6. DISCLAIMER
6.1. While all care is taken, Kerang Valley Resort, its agents and employees cannot be held responsible for any breaches of personal privacy due to neglect, fraud, or any other forms of malicious intent performed by other entities.
6.2. Kerang Valley Resort, except where required by law accepts no responsibility for damages including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or financial loss as a result of the accommodation requested and booked through our RMSOnline booking portal.
6.3. The Terms and Conditions outlined above are strictly adhered to. As such, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
6.4. Kerang Valley Resort reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes of these terms and conditions will be viewable on our website at http://www.kerangvalleyresort.com.au/rmsonline_terms.htm
